3 Purpose and legal basis for processing

Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us of your own accord, as when filling out the contact form. We use this data exclusively for the purpose for which you entered your data. For other purposes, it will only be used after explicit reference or after obtaining your consent, Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO or based on a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO (see section 4).

4 Processing based on a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO

Processing of personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO takes place exclusively in the following cases:

4.1 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

Furthermore, we store the voluntary data you provide for the duration of your use of the portal, unless you delete it beforehand. You can manage and change all information in the protected customer area. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 a, b and f DSGVO.

The legitimate interest of the responsible party lies in the practical necessity of registration and portal use for an online store.

For the purpose of analyzing and optimizing our websites, we use various services, which are presented below. For example, we may analyze how many users visit our site, what information is most in demand, or how users find the offer. Among other things, we collect data on which website a data subject came to a website from (so-called referrer), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for how long a subpage was viewed. This helps us to design and improve our offers in a user-friendly way. The data collected is not used to identify individual users personally. Anonymous or at most pseudonymous data is collected. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO.
The legitimate interest of the responsible party lies in the optimization of its website through website analysis programs.

On this website, anonymized data is collected and stored using technologies provided by SMS SIA, Tirgonu iela, 6, Riga, Latvia, LV1050, (www.tawk.to) for the purpose of web analytics and to operate the live chat system to respond to live support requests. Usage profiles can be created from this anonymized data under a pseudonym. Cookies can be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the site visitor's Internet browser. The cookies enable the recognition of the Internet browser. Insofar as the information collected in this way has a personal reference, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in effective customer service and the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization purposes.
The data collected with the tawk.to technologies will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website without the separately granted consent of the data subject and will not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym. 9.2 Rights in case of data processing according to the legitimate interest

Pursuant to Article 21(1) DSGVO, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) DSGVO (data processing in the public interest) or on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) DSGVO (data processing for the purposes of safeguarding a legitimate interest); this also applies to profiling based on this provision. In the event of your objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

9.3 Rights in case of direct marketing

If we process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right pursuant to Article 21 (2) DSGVO to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing, this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.

9.4 Right to complain to a supervisory authority

You also have the right to complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data.

10 Contacting us by e-mail or contact form

11 Newsletter

11.1 General information

With your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a DSGVO, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our current offers.
For the registration to our newsletter, we use the so-called double-opt-in procedure. This means that after your registration, we will send you an email to the email address you provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm this within 24 hours, your registration will be automatically deleted.
In addition, we store your IP addresses and times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data.

The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of further, separately marked data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we store your e-mail address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 a DSGVO.

You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can declare the revocation by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter email or by contacting the data protection officer indicated above.

12 Online orders - Shop

If you place an online order on our website, we collect various data required for the conclusion of the contract. The legal basis is the conclusion and performance of a contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO. The data is stored for the duration of the contract and in accordance with legal obligations. For payment processing, we use various payment service providers, which are always identified and directly accept your input and are therefore recipients of your personal data collected in connection with the payment process. The legal basis for the involvement of payment service providers is the execution of the contract according to Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO. Storage for the purpose of payment takes place for the duration of the payment processing.

13 Applications

You can apply to our company electronically, in particular via e-mail. Of course, we will use your data exclusively for processing your application and will not pass them on to third parties. Please note that e-mails sent unencrypted are not protected against access.

If you have applied for a specific position and it has already been filled, or if we consider you to be equally or even more suitable for another position, we would be happy to forward your application within the company. Please let us know if you do not agree to forwarding.

Your personal data will be deleted immediately after completion of the application process, or after a maximum of 6 months, unless you have given us your express consent to store your data for longer or a contract has been concluded. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 a, b and f DSGVO as well as § 26 BDSG.
