Quality promise

We at TM Trademobile GmbH attach great importance to ensuring that we can always guarantee our customers consistent quality in the spare parts we offer.

We want to keep this promise regardless of the respective preferred quality level. To this end, we have developed a two-stage quality management system together with our respective partners in China and Germany. We also guarantee that you will receive the quality level you order. 

This means that all spare parts that reach us in Germany have already undergone extensive testing for function, fit and major visual defects such as scratches on the glass or frame.

Furthermore, our Pulled Small Parts are dismantled in our partner workshop in Germany.

In a subsequent second process, our goods are then time-stamped and quality-sealed after arrival in Germany, and in this process they are checked a second time for micro-scratches, subtleties and minor optical defects.

This way, our customers can rely on mostly flawless goods and correspondingly low return rates!

If you as a customer have special requirements regarding the condition of your spare parts, we ask you to make us aware of your specific demands in advance.

For example, you would like all your displays to achieve a min. brightness value (cd/cm²) or a certain colour temperature (K)? We can also take such requirements into account for larger order volumes!

Due to the constant exchange with our production partners, we can have the goods produced or pre-sorted especially according to your requirements.
